Bevor Dr. Bob Jankelson, der Besitzer des Sorrento’s Ristorante der Tsillan Cellars, sein Interesse am Wein entdeckte, nahm ihn die Küche Italiens gefangen. Auf zahlreichen Reisen durch Italien lernte er die italienische Küche ebenso zu schätzen wie passende Weine zu einem Essen, das man mit Freunden und der Familie genießt. Die eindrucksvolle Architektur und das ganze Anwesen der Tsillan Cellars zeugen von einer großen Liebe zum Detail. Amazing experience all around! From the friendly greeting at the front door to the cozy private outdoor seating in a clear bubble so we could see the lovely yard and full moon. The food was phenomenal! We opted for the wine pairing which was also outstanding. The chef and sommelier each took the time to explain the various courses and wines paired with them. It was a lovely evening, perfect for an intimate celebration, I highly recommend it!
