Eleven years later in 1997, we opened our second location Guadalajara Mexican Grill and Cantina in Temecula, California. This newer location has come a long way since it opened. The staff was super. Even the chefs (ours was awesome) have become more comfortable with their work and are as entertaining as they were skilled. The servers were super attentive yet not obnoxious (their timing was great). The food was prepared perfectly. Since my first time visiting this location, I would say that it has come into its own and is now a great destination.

Service was top notch. Our server was GREAT. You could feel the genuine care and superior attention to detail. Appreciated the occasional table touches from other staff as well. Food came out quick and was delicious! We will definitely be back!
