Im Duke kommt vor allem Fisch auf den Tisch Trotzdem hatten wir uns zur Vorspeise Hummus und Ribs geteilt. Der Hummus etwas langweilig, die Ribs scharf gewürzt, aber nicht überwürzt. Als Hauptspeise hatte ich Ahi. Der wird gewürzt angebraten, ist innen warm, aber roh. Die Portion war großzügig, der Fisch hochwertig, die Gewürze gut abgeschmeckt Der Nachtisch hat uns mit den Kalorien für die nächsten Tage versorgt Wer sich fragt, wie es zum Klischee über Kaffee in den USA gekommen ist, sollte sich im Duke eine Tasse bestellen 😏
