   We were immediately seated at a table in the patio area as requested. The waiter took our drink order quickly and gave us time to determine what we wanted to eat. Our meal order was delivered quickly. Drinks were refilled before we ran out. Very pleasant experience.

   We had reservations at 6:30. Our appetizer came out quickly and was great. Our main courses still weren’t on the table an hour and 15 minutes after the appetizer arrived. We had one stir fry, one poke bowl and one sushi and salad combo. Not a super complex order. At 8 o’clock our daughter had to leave without eating. At 8:15 I went to ask if they could box our dinners up as we had plans after and it still took another 15 minutes to get them boxed. Not the waiters fault, he was great. We didn’t get any money taken off our bill for the 2 hour dinner we didn’t get our main courses under but the waiter gave us 2 free appetizer cards. To use at a different time. $115 plus 20% tip for the water and we didn’t get to eat until 10:30 pm (after our function.) The poke bowl and stir fry were unreasonably small portion sizes and my husband had to run out and get something else to eat as he and my daughter were still super hungry. Usually good experiences at Kona which kept us coming back. I don’t think we will return to dine there after this evening. :)

   $39 for fish and chips. $15 for a side salad. Enough said. Server was awesome though.

   Tbh it’s was just bad. First time in years I sent my food my back and refused to pay for it. I tipped my waiter $30 but the food was cold. The steak was mid, my wife’s meal was cold

   Been to Kona a few times, I’ve always enjoyed it. This time seemed kinda bland. We ordered the Las Vegas roll and it had a bland and boring taste to it. The biggest thing I gotta bring (forewarning, I’m kinda dumb and don’t know my meats very well and didn’t even notice until I went to eat my left overs) up is that I had ordered the NY Strip with the potato things, but I was given a ribeye with asparagus. It’s no big deal. I still ate it and it was hella tasty. Oh, I skipped over appetizers. Chicken Satay. Hands down the best in Omaha. 69 stars. My date ordered the chicken and shrimp fried rice. It was tasty! With no drinks, I was shocked to see a bill of $150. Will I be coming back? Absolutely. The atmosphere is nice and the waitstaff is top notch. Okay love you.

   Sydney was such a sweet attentive server! She even customized my drink exactly how I wanted and communicated with the bartender for me! It’s my first time here I will definitely be back!

   We got the meatballs for a starter; absolutely delicious. Service was ok. Our server was gone for long periods of time. My husband’s dish was prepared incorrectly so we began looking around for our server. No sign of them so my husband began eating the dish - he requested the exclusion of one veggie and the dish came out with 2 other veggies missing as well. It was still good but incorrect. Once the server came by and heard the problem, a new dish was smade (to go). While not the servers fault, the remake took much longer than our original orders.

   Dismissive staff when my wife and I arrived. Which came off extremely racist, because all of the white customers they interacted with prior to us speaking to them about our reservations were treated very warmly. The waitress was great, but those previously mentioned individuals (along with the mediocre and expensive food) ruined it. The drinks were actually good. No plans to ever return to this place.
