   Insgesamt aufgrund der Essensqualität sehr gut, Weinauswahl könnte besser sein, alle paar Minuten wurde von Tisch zu Tisch seitens Personal „Happy Birthday...“ geträllert, was am Ende dann doch etwas genervt hat. Scheinbar beliebt für Jubiläumsfeiern etc. Grundsätzlich ist aber ja das Essen das Wichtigste und das ist richtig gut.

   Das Restaurant Knickerbocker Bar und Grill überzeugt einfach durch die Qualität der Speisen. Ich liebe Steaks, meine Frau hat immer ein gespaltenes Verhältnis dazu. Ich konnte Sie dennoch überzeugen sich ein Filet zu bestellen. Sie war begeistert. Das war das beste Steak dass ich je gegessen habe und wir gehen oft gern und gut Essen. Mehr ist dazu nicht zu sagen. Einfach das Restaurant besuchen und genießen.

   Knickerbocker is a wonderful old school restaurant. The food is consistently great, the live music is fabulous and it is just a delightful experience.

   I love Knickerbocker because it is a neighborhood Institution and it is one of the few places you can go to where it is quiet enough to hear your companions and also enjoy some jazz while you dine The service is good but I have to comment on the treatment of people with food allergies. Although my server was very nice he had me ask about every item on the menu and kept going back and forth to the kitchen to see if it had any gluten in it. While he was knowledgeable about the fact that flour and soy sauce are not allowed, he didn't seem to have any common sense about asking the chef what I could eat rather than asking about every item. When I suggested that the chef tell me what I could eat he told me that they don't have time to figure that out it's very busy in there. But going back and forth 10 times to ask about each dish was okay? He also didn't bring the amazing bread and cornbread basket because of my allergy, even though I was dining with three other people without allergies. We did get it after asking. I think the food there is good but it could definitely go up a notch catering to people with allergies because both pork dishes do not have to be marinated in soy sauce and all sauces do not have to be made with flour. There is such a thing as cornstarch. An updated menu with gluten-free* would be helpful--keep up with the rest of the world.

   Consistently wonderful. Great ambience, great food, and you can actually have a conversation with your table mates. Highly recommended.

    Wonderful. We always go to Knickerbocker when in NY. Food is always excellent, service is professional and friendly and the drinks are good too. What more could you ask?
