The lively atmosphere is amplified by our famous Irish Happenings and live performances, making it the go-to destination for anyone looking to enjoy a fantastic night out on the town.

Nestled on Miracle Mile in Miami, JohnMartin’s is a quintessential Irish pub/restaurant and watering hole founded in 1989 by John Clarke and Martin Lynch. Breakwater Hospitality Group‘s Emi Guerra and Alex Mantecon, in partnership with Erick Passo, owner of Downtown’s Black Market Miami, renovated and reopened the storied eatery in fall 2022.

    Food was mediocre at best and the service was very slow and poor even though restaurant was not even half full. Would not go back.

    We went in to see the holiday lights which was very nicely done. Tickets had to be purchased via eventbrite but there was actually no need for tickets. Asked the restaurant a question via eventbrite and never got a response. Service was ok at best. Good was pretty mediocre for the price and therefore offered a low value. The fish and chips was a very thick soggy batter on the fish and the smash burger was so way overcooked I’m not sure how anyone would put that between the buns and serve it. Cocktails were disappointing.

    Food was excellent but service not up to par because they only had one waiter at 4 PM. It waiters fault just short on staff

    Ranked higher than it deserved. Food is okay for a pub but the review was misleading. Not anything special and average food and service.

    Food and drinks were great however the server was like road runner lol not bad but he was running around a lot and restaurant was not even packed maybe he was covering too many tables by himself .

    So the story goes like this…arrived on a Friday for a meal with the family. Was told we needed reservations and there are no tables left. No explanation, just nothing is available. Walked outside, got on open table and made a reservation for 10 minutes later. Walked back in and showed the hostess my reservation. Baffled….She seated us, and we looked over the menu. The waiter(I assume our waiter too) seemed preoccupied with the table behind our table. He came and took various drink orders from their table. Back and forth he went several times. Never even acknowledged my family. 15 minutes later we stood up and left. Food might be good…if you are able to order!

    We met with friends for an early dinner. Our server was great! Food was on point. We will definitely good again

    The place was amazing. Never been here before, and for whatever reason didn’t have super high expectations, thinking it was going to be regular pub food. So my surprise, it was outstanding, about it. The food was Delicious And the place is very nice! Jared was our waiter and he was phenomenal and made very good suggestions. We definitely come back again. Burger was great, osso buocco was very good and fish n chips were flavorful! So glad we gave it a try!!!
