    Had a 630pm reservation and waited over an hour for our table. Granted it was Christmas Day, but I’ve been here many times for holidays and never waited that long. On top of the the wait, they ran out of soup which was included with our meals and our bill was not adjusted. They served us one (1) slice of tiramisu for the 3 of us to share to compensate for running out of soup…I was with my 2 sons (in their 20’s and they have large appetites…needless to say a single slice of cake didn’t suffice for all of us). Overall very disappointed in one of our favorite places to dine and especially on a special day -Christmas. The server was nice and that was the only reason I didn’t complain in person.

    Had a 6:15 reservation and didn’t sit until 7:15. Was told 20-30 minutes behind. The wait staff and kitchen were moving fast and I think they just overbooked reservations. Everyone was delayed sitting down. I would recommend having a time limit for reservations on holiday. They ran out of certain food items, understandably being so busy. But what’s the point in a reservation if you’re an hour behind seating people.

    Christmas Day. Reservations were for 4pm. We we seated by 4:15. Service staff were more than competent despite the crowd. Great value

    We went to Jamesons for Xmas dinner party of 7. Our reservation was for 3 we didn’t get seated until 330. I understand it’s a busy day so whatever. Annoying but understandable. We were seated in what I assume is normally a private party room with 3 other large groups, again totally fine. The room was cramped but ok! Within 30 mins of us being seated busers were adding another table to the already over filled room. Which made it almost impossible to get out of the room to get to the restrooms. We waited and waited for our server who was also fine not his fault this restaurant was WAY over reserved. We ordered drinks and apps about 20 mins after we sat not because we weren’t ready but because it took that long for someone to come to the table. Again, not the waiters fault. Jamesons allowed too many customers in this restaurant at this time. After another 30 mins we finally got our drinks and apps drinks were one Diet Coke and one iced tea, the rest had water. Nothing complicated or from the bar. This is when we ordered our meals. Special menu for Christmas great options no complaints! Soups and bread finally came after a long wait both amazing. Soup was good bread was warm and delicious. Salads came after another long wait nothing special but also good! Unfortunately it was another hour before we received our meals. My medium steak was over cooked, and cold, baked potatoes were cold, fries were cold people that ordered MR was also over cooked everyone’s food was cold. The waiter asked if everything was ok and no one complained as we have now been here for 2 hrs and just wanted to leave. We were there for 3 hours total. I get that it’s a crazy day but maybe managers should reconsider having this many customers if there is not enough staff to make the meal enjoyable. EDIT: reservations were not altered. As I stated above we didn’t complain because we had been there for 3 hrs already and wanted to go home. I don’t really care if you try to blame me, just won’t be back.

On the holidays our floor plan is made in advanced to accommodate all of our guests; unfortunately, your Christmas Day reservation had been altered the day of, which affected the seating arrangements. The meals are cooked to order and are served directly from the kitchen to the table once they are prepared. Our management was actively on duty and would have gladly handled the situation immediately if it were brought to our attention.     Despite the fact that it was packed for the holiday with a full waiting room, we were seated promptly, and dinner service was impeccable. The prime rib was perfectly cooked as I requested- rare on the inside - roasted on the outside. It is also a gift to have free valet parking. All around a delightful experience.

    This was the first time we have had our family Christmas lunch there. It was perfect. We will most likely plan on doing this again next Christmas.

    We frequent this location as the quality is good and there is consistency with preparation. This is our 3rd Christmas Eve there and I think they overbooked or there was in issue because reservations were running about an hour plus behind. There were many large parities. We still had great service and a tasty meal. Good value for the portions and quality. Always superior service.

    We've been coming to Jameson's for at least 30 years- and have never been disappointed. This was the first time coming Christmas Eve night and oh my goodness, the place was packed! It almost seemed like they had overbooked reservations. But, we were seated within 20 minutes of our reservation. The service was excellent, our server was delightful. Food delicious as always. Thank you all who gave up their Christmas Eve to work.
