   Great food options. The Sashimi Combo also had a great selection of fish. Hot and Sour soup was very good with all the good things you expect to find in that soup.

   Food was very good as usual but our waitress seemed in a hurry. Didn’t listen and thus forgot items. Also our boat was basically just dropped at table with no explanations or descriptions. Had to constantly flag her down for forgotten items Never checked back either. She made us show ID for drinks. We’re in our late 60’s and 70’s then couldn’t remember so she asked again 🤦‍♀️

   It was excellent! My server was very kind and friendly, and we chatted quite a bit which was nice. The food was amazing, and the first thing I thought after eating was that I wanted to come back again.

   Our waitress was lovely and very attentive!! She quietly celebrated a birthday we had, which was much appreciated.

   The service and food were great. Our table was cramped back in a corner which was too tight to comfortably get in and out of our seats without disturbing our neighbors in any direction. Otherwise we were seated right away, our waitress was amazing, the food was delicious and came out at just the right time.

   It was a bit late for a St. Valentine's dinner, and it is conceivable that servers were simply in a "winding down" mentality. There were, most of the time, 3 or 4 of them doing nothing behind the reception counter. It took nearly 20 minutes for our server to bring us our drinks. After that, the food was probably the highlight of the night: we had some fresh-tasting sashimi, the tuna "poke" bowl, squid salad and some sushi rolls. I've been several times to their Lincoln, NE, location for dinner with friends. I was expecting comparable service at their Omaha restaurant. We didn't get it.

   We were disappointed that the advertised " Happy hour" wasn't available. However, our drinks and meal were moderately priced. The " spicey" items weren't- but Chile oil was readily available. Our server was attentive and efficient. Our meals arrived more quickly than we anticipated and were very large servings. We should have ordered 1 and shared it! We did order a California roll and Brussels sprouts as a starter, so...the meal was way too much food. I wouldn't order the Brussels sprouts again. They were too saucy and overcooked for my taste. Overall, we enjoyed our meal and were surprised that it wasn't as expensive as we anticipated.

   We had a great experience. It was my mother in law’s birthday and she had never had sushi, and never been to Hiro, so it was something new for her! The whole evening exceeded our expectations and she even got a complimentary birthday drink. Our waitress was awesome, Hailey was delightful. Mom had a great time! Thank you!

   6 of us met for a late lunch. Waitress was very patient as we waited for the 6th person. Extra long table space was much appreciated. Food and drinks were awesome. Since it was afternoon and the restaurant was not packed, we stayed almost 3 hours and no one rushed us. Water and drinks were refilled. All of us plus the waitress were laughing and just happy to be there. We will definitely return.
