I LOVE Hagan's!! Dora, the proprietor, comes out to greet her customers, and always makes us feel welcome and at home. Last night, the Chef stopped by to make sure I enjoyed my meal and even knew I was the one with the "sauce on the side". The menu is diverse and amazing!! The presentation of food is phenomenal, and everything tastes great!!! I always have a GREAT time at Hagan's, and I highly recommend you stop in. I think you will be back just as I will be!!!

I wanted to share some feedback about our recent visit to your restaurant. My family and I have dined with you several times before and have always enjoyed the experience, which is why we chose to celebrate Christmas with friends at your establishment this time. While we truly appreciated the attentive service from our waitress—she was kind and worked very hard—it seemed like she was overextended as the only server in the dining room. Despite her best efforts, we noticed a decline in the quality of some of the dishes. Additionally, the homemade potato chips were completely stale. Two of us had them with our meals and couldn’t eat them, which was especially disappointing given how much we’ve enjoyed them in the past. We understand that things can sometimes be challenging, especially during busy times, but we wanted to share this feedback with the hope it might help improve the experience for others in the future. We’ve always enjoyed your restaurant in the past and hope to see it back to its best next time. Thank you for taking the time to read this, and we wish you all a wonderful holiday season.

I will not return to this restaurant again . There’s only one waitress who covers both rooms in the restaurant. You sit there and wait forever to get your food and your drinks. It’s ridiculous. I’ve been to this restaurant several times in the past and I always enjoyed it but the last couple times I’ve been there has been terrible because there’s only one waitress.

Good food, nice atmosphere and good service. Wish they had more of a selection on the menu. Crème brûlée dessert was excellent. I would’ve gave it more stars, but like I said not much of a selection on the menu very limited.

Everything about experience was absolutely perfect. Our server was extremely attentive, helpful, and welcoming. Everyone has excellent food. We really enjoyed our experience!

Fabulous atmosphere, presentation, and decor. Inspiring menu-item names and descriptions. Smoked salmon was perfect as was the chocolate mousse! Staff and owner/manager are so refined in knowledge while laid-back in demeanor. HUGE window to the street adds a Roxkwellian element being connected to downtown like days of a by-gone era.
