   It is a restaurant in a hotel… But it is probably the best restaurant in a chain hotel. The quality of the food, the quality of service, and the atmosphere make it far more pleasant than the typical hotel restaurant. Kudos to the grand Hyatt and the grand Matt and their management and staff. I live in Dallas and still go there to eat once in a while because of this.

   Mattie our server was excellent! She was professional and fun! Great evening and the best loaded hamburger ever!! Perfectly cooked. Great chef.

   This has got to be the best restaurant in any airport hotel in the US. Delicious steak, perfectly cooked and seasoned. Nice drinks. Very impressed

   Very good hotel restaurant. The chef does a great job and waitstaff is friendly and efficient.

   I was very happy with our meal. The wine recommendation was spot on, filet was wonderful, along with the potatoes, mushroom and soup. Highly recommend

   Service wonderful and food excellent. We always eat here when we’re staying at the grand Hyatt a night before a flight. It won’t disappoint you!

   Staff and food were amazing. Only downside was we came during our layover and then the security gate for re-entry was overrun and understaffed. We missed our flight

    Will definitely go again, but will NOT use OpenTable. There must be some glitch in the system between you and the restaurant. The only reservations OpenTable showed as available was 1:30. When we arrived, they were surprised because they close at 2 and would have to rush us, or alternatively, sit us in their lounge with small tables that would be uncomfortable for our 75 year old guest of honor. They certainly had many available tables and confirmed that if we had booked with them, or just walked in, we would have been able to sit right away at an earlier time. We wanted the earlier time anyway! It just did not show as available. So the poor rating for service is not their fault. The servers had been working all day and wanted to cash out. If not for using OpenTable, we would have had good communication and a much more enjoyable experience.
