First experience at this restaurant and didn't know it was attached to hotel so did not know how to get in as the door to the restaurant was shut so had to though hotel entrance. Food and price was OK and very nice service. After food in restaurant had drink in the bar and a game of pool which was nice.

We had stayed at the hotel in 2023 and enjoyed a meal at Fratello`s then . This year it was somewhat disappointing My choice of main course was out of stock as were several other items. My husband was told he had the last portion of fish. For a large hotel complex this did not look good. I asked for parmesan for my pasta dish , which was forgotten until staff were reminded. Also on the table next to us a gentleman had requested a second glass of wine which was also forgotten. A service charge was already added to the bill so we had no choice in how much we give. I doubt we will be going there next year

We had a Groupon voucher for any pizza and pasta and a bottle of wine. We have been here many times before with this deal and had unlimited choice but the menu has changed and there was only a choice of four pizzas and four pastas. We struggled to choose because they were the most boring pizzas and pastas which I could have had anywhere.

The service was very attentive without being obtrusive. The menu was full of delicious dishes although some were not available. The ambience of the restaurant was lovely although being a Sunday evening was quiet.

Sea bass of menu at 7pm Good Friday Fish and Chip alternative was very poor, fish passable but chips were almost inedible. Staff were professional and when we explained we were not paying the service charge owing to the quality of the meal and it was not a reflection on them, they said we need not apologise.
