Das Forno Bistro ist ein familiengeführtes Bistro, das eine Vielzahl von tradtionellem Essen im toskanischen Stil serviert und einen sicheren Hafen in der pulsierenden Innenstadt von Saratoga bietet. Der Chefkoch verwendet nur die frischesten Zutaten der Saison, um Gerichte hinsichtlich ihrer Geschmacksvielfalt, ihrem Aussehen und Aroma zuzubereiten. Das Menü ist anspruchsvoll, aber zugänglich und bringt das Gefühl von Heim und Herd zum Ausdruck, das die toskanische Lebensphilosophie definiert. Das traditionelle Essen im toskanischen Stil des Forno Bistro ist herzhaft und unprätentiös im Geschmack und immer offen für neue Interpretationen und Anpassungen. Viele der Gerichte werden stark durch den Holzofen beeinflusst, in dem sie zubereitet werden: hausgemachte Pizza, sautierte Tintenfische und holzbefeuerte Gemüsetürme. The staff was amazing from the time we stepped in, to when they gave us our checked in coats. Our waiter was very attentive and genuinely friendly. The appetizer almost filled us up, but we had room for the perfectly cooked steak and delicious sea bass. Then we had to have some tiramisu and gelato with a cappuccino since we the ambiance yelled Italian steakhouse. We reserve this place for our special night out. Not really priced for the family.

We had a very nice bartender while first at the bar for their Happy Hour. Then to our table for a delicious meal with a great waiter and also had specialty drinks that were fabulous. Overall great experience. Bern here a few times before.

Great food and amazing atmosphere and service. Noisy though. Food is pricey but VERY good!

Deliciously impressed! We were greeted by a smiling and welcoming hostess and shown to our table right away where were soon given water and quite delicious bread. Our waiter was prompt, efficient and very pleasant. I enjoyed the ravioli, which was delicious and creamy, husband really enjoyed his lasagna. Cocktails and wine were also delicious and brought promptly to our table. The Creme Brule was outstanding! It was quite clear that much care is going into the dining service ensuring diners have a great meal and experience. We are looking forward to returning.
