   Haven't been to the Fleming's in quite some time. We arrived a few minutes earlier than our reservation but were seated promptly. Brittaney was our server and did a very nice job of taking care of us. My wife had the Cesar salad and scallops, and I had the wedge salad and the double-breasted chicken. Both were good, but my wife said her scallops could have been hotter. We shared the Creme Brule for dessert, and it was very good as well. The entire staff did a fantastic job of taking care of us and a manager stopped by to see that we were satisfied. This is a very nice restaurant. Like everything else, prices have gone up, but they haven't cut back on the level of service or the quality of their food.

   I had the sea bass and lobster both were excellent! My wife on the other hand had a petite filet ordered medium which was dry and not too tender. Not good. I will say our server was a sweetheart and did an excellent job. The manager was very fair and took the filet off the bill and sent us how with a nice dessert. Well played by the manager.

   I’ve eaten at many places in Knoxville. Flemings is by far the best restaurant. They don’t miss on ANYTHING. Every single bite of every single thing on their menu almost makes me mad it’s so good! Why can’t all food taste like that! It’s worth every penny

   We love Fleming's and last night was no exception. The restaurant was very busy, but our food and Heidi's service were outstanding as always. From the warm welcome as we entered to the genuine thank you's as we departed, it was the perfect evening of dining and hospitality that Fleming's always seems to deliver on. Our table enjoyed the calamari and the tuna appetizers, followed by filet mignon, sea bass and their amazing scallops. Cocktails and wine were perfect too. The energy in the restaurant was terrific, and it appeared that everyone around our table was having as good a time as we were. Thank you, Fleming's, for another terrific experience!

    Food was prepared perfectly! We had steaks and the roasted sweet potatoes are to die for! Warm lava cake for dessert was perfect! Brittany was our server and she was exceptionally kind & made sure we always had what we needed/wanted! Everyone that we came in contact with knew we were there to celebrate our anniversary and they wished us a Happy Anniversary! It was a great experience & we will be back!
