I was completely appalled by how good the burger at Main Kitchen was. Hands down, this is one of the best burgers in Houston. Perfectly cooked, juicy, and bursting with flavor, it was almost too much for me to handle—so much so that I could only eat half of it while there. If you’re a burger enthusiast, you owe it to yourself to try this. Just be warned: it’s so packed with flavor, you might need to take a break mid-bite! Main Kitchen was. Hands down, this is one of the best burgers in Houston. OMG! This new Houston gem in the Ion District Building is amazing. Afro-Latin fusion in perfect balance and great wine choices to pair it with. The farm to table, locally grown (and purchased at a non-profit that dontes the food with hunger/nutritionally challenged). Great vibe & service. GO!!

Food and atmosphere were fantastic. My wife and I ordered a little bit of everything as it was our first time there. 1 sushi roll, Dino bone marrow, tuna tartar and then my wife ordered the skirt steak and I had the 8oz filet. Alex was our server and she was an absolute rockstar. Cocktails were amazing and on point. Would definitely recommend and will be will be going back for round 2.

The fine service matches the well prepared food and plenty of room for a private conversation with the well spaced -- and comfortable -- booths. .
