Fantastic dinner and service! Lively vibe on Christmas Eve.

Kira was a splendid hostess esp with too many children opening the external doors to let the heat out; their parents did not seem to mind. This is a nice way to spend an hour in the run up to Xmas but if you are old and hard of hearing (we are both :-)), being close to the live music is not an easy experience. Attentive service with a smile and and nice combination of flavours and texture for the tea, sandwiches and savouries. Looking forward to next year’s.

On our second visit, the bistro exceeded all expectations yet again, earning a well-deserved 5 stars. The food was nothing short of spectacular. The triple-cooked wings were the best I’ve had in a long time—crispy, flavorful, and absolutely unforgettable. The menu’s subtle Mediterranean touches were a delightful surprise, bringing a unique twist to the dining experience. Add to that an impressive wine selection, and you’re set for a perfect meal. For me, their expertly crafted Old Fashioneds were so good, I couldn’t stop at just one! But what truly sets Crocs apart is the service. For the second time, the staff delivered warm, attentive, and top-notch care, making us feel like cherished guests. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality elevate this bistro beyond comparison. If you’re looking for a spot where impeccable food meets outstanding service, Crocs 19th Street Bistro is a must. From family outings to special celebrations, this bistro hits every mark. The dining area is in need of a makeover. The lighting was too bright on one side and too dark in the other, and the seats weren't comfortable. We ordered the picanha, which was delicious, but there is no consistency of the cut. Ours was cut thin this visit vs. thick on the last visit. The risotto and octopus were also great. The mojitos were perfectly made.

We had Javier as our server and he was AMAZING!!!! we loved the crab cake and the desserts were good too! We came on a Sunday night and it was pretty quiet which was nice. Very few people shuffled in and out and it was nice. We had shrimp to start off with, the fish n’ Chips and the crab cake plate for our main course and tried both the key lime pie and the creme brûlée for dessert! Everything was great! We loved Javier and will definitely be coming back!
