South Block is a North-Carolina inspired BBQ hall and brewery on the edge of Mission, in Calgary. Upstairs you’ll find a large dining room, 20-seat bar, and a year-round indoor/outdoor beer garden. I had a lovely birthday celebration here with my family. When we got to the table, I was welcomed with a cute birthday card signed by the staff. Our waitress was wonderful and the food was absolutely amazing. Only downside was that we found our area to be slightly too loud in terms of crowd noise. But overall a wonderful experience. Definitely a must when in Calgary
