NK Restaurant (Nuvo Kitchen) is a unique fusion twist on traditional Caribbean cuisine inspired by multicultural backgrounds. Fusion is the result of joining two or more diverse cuisines to form a single entity. NK Restaurant is Gourmet Caribbean Fusion with a menu of the finest dishes the Islands have to offer. The "Gourmet” reflects the unique uplifting of the traditional foods, formerly served family style, now served to elevate the growth of Caribbean culture. The flavors of the Islands combined with all culinary influences to create twists on classic dishes. We are designed with an emphasis on fine dining and exceptional service; redefining Caribbean dining with elegance, charming ambiance, exquisite dishes and gracious hospitality. -Reservations are held for up to 15 minutes past their prearranged time.-Sports caps, bandanas, hoodies or beanies are not allowed in the restaurant.-Cancellation fee of $15 per person will apply to no shows and less then 24h cancellation notice.
