The fine dining restaurant 1215 at Fairmont Windsor Park is set on our south lawn overlooking our private terrace and manicured gardens. An intimate and beautiful setting where you can enjoy a special occasion or indulge in a culinary experience which will make you want to return for our quality British cuisine. We are proud of the provenance of our locally grown products where we work with The Royal Farms, Windsor artisans and our very own herb and vegetable gardens. All tastes are carefully considered with wellbeing at the heart of everything we produce. This restaurant was named in recognition of the signing of the Magna Carta in the year 1215. The Magna Carta, which is one of the most important documents in history and indeed of medieval England was signed only a short walk from the hotel in the historic grounds of Runnymede.

We are very proud of our historic location, hence naming the restaurant after the year the world-famous Brooklands racetrack was built and opened. The restaurant interior reflects the area’s heritage with a 1920s and 30s inspired décor and when combined with modern service delivery as well as award winning food, we provide a contemporary dining experience for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea or dinner. Originally built in 1518, the building was the very first Guildhall in Windsor which was the meeting place for the Trinity Guild (the town traders) which since the 13th Century has provided the governing body for the town until it was turned into an inn & public house in 1689. There has been a pub on this site for almost 500 years and is one of the oldest establishments in the town, only a few of which are still standing.Located on Market Street, The Prince Harry is only 50 metres from Windsor Castle.
