Excellent dinner last night all the way around. My reservation request of a table away from the kitchen and bathrooms was honored, allowing us to easily hear each other’s conversation. My niece, daughter, and I ordered Grey Goose martinis and a Pink Delicious-all were very tasty and would definitely order again . We agreed Hearsay’s bartender skills are always on point! Our entrées were also expertly prepared. Highly recommend the filet mignon, bistro steak, and beef short ribs. The small beet salad with its tangy dressing makes an excellent side to the weighty meat dishes. Wish I would have thought to take pictures because each item was beautifully plated.  It really was the perfect Galentine’s outing with unobtrusive but thoughtful service by Dayton who helped to make our evening special.

The food and service was excellent. My best friend and I went for dinner Firsay evening. The food was so good we went back for breakfast on Sunday.

What an amazing experience. The chef came out personally to introduce each course. Every dish was a work of art and so much fun to see and taste. The property is beautiful and would highly recommend to anyone wishing to have a true culinary experience.
