Vancouver Now Has Its Very-Own Georgian Restaurant!Dediko, owned by a mother-son team, serves the country’s famous stuffed breads and dumplings out of a cheery Evergreen Boulevard cafe. Dediko’s menu is stacked with the classics of that region, with a number of different khachapuri, soup-filled dumplings called khinkali, walnut-heavy vegetable dishes called phkali, and various grilled meats called mtsvadi. Lacey, our server was and is fantastic. In fact, we look for her area when we come. The cherry and kale salad, is awesome as is the vamp pizza. Whoever decides the menu is fantastic, and ac has become a favorite eating spot for us; especially now that these is music.

This was our third visit in two months and we plan on more in the future. We loved the coconut shrimp appetizer and the wonderful tossed Cesar Salad . As always the entries unique in Salty's own way and delicious. Whitney our server was a delight and very helpful. And, a special thanks to the chef's who do their best it seems at all times.

Our family had a wonderfully delicious Christmas dinner at CRAFTpdx! Everything was outstanding! Exceptional service from the moment we walked in! The food was amazing! The prime rib, salmon, duck were prepared to perfection. A shout out to our waiter Jay for his warm hospitality. Everything was a delight!
