Bata is a restaurant designed to celebrate the best our region has to offer. We cook over a live oak fire, on our custom fabricated hearth. Our menu changes daily. We mill AZ grown grain in house, daily. We focus on whole animal butchery, done in house. We have an extensive fermentation program. Our bar program largely focuses on wines that are organic, biodynamic, and produced with minimal intervention. The cocktail list highlights the best products of the season, with a carefully curated list of spirits from across the globe. We had dinner and were able to eat outside. It was quiet and lovely. We didn't need heaters, but they were there in case. We started with the Dillinger side car----a great drink. I had the fish tacos. They were delicious---not quite a main meal for heavier eaters, but I wasn't too hungry so they were perfect. My friend ordered the St Louis ribs. Magnificent! Tasty and meaty.

We enjoyed a great meal, from the red beet appetizer to the risotto and the pressed chicken. Great flavors ! Our waitress , Tahmina was also very good. Great atmosphere as well.

Had a wonderful experience at HUB Restaurant & Ice Creamery. The atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable, and the service was excellent. We ordered burgers which were delicious and perfectly prepared. The drink selection was great - we enjoyed some sodas and I particularly liked their Hazy IPA. The restaurant offers a nice blend of casual dining with quality food and attentive service. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our meal. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for good burgers in a pleasant setting with great service.
