Les Bubbles is a Parisian steakhouse on the corner of Wickham and Little Street in Fortitude Valley, forged in the very same building that housed the notorious illegal casino, bath-house and brothel at the centre of the Fitzgerald Inquiry. Max and Marilyn made our evening with their exceptional service and attention to detail. Given the open plan, being seated near the kitchen was very loud and detracted from the intimate dinner we were looking for - as it was not really busy, might want to leave those tables for walk ins or when really busy. The steak was exceptional.

It was a very good experience, staff were lovely and kind in assisting myself and my partner to our table. The food was delicious and presented every well. The atmosphere was a little loud but that’s the environment of the restaurant. Would highly recommend.

Yesterday’s lunch was once again fabulous, food, table and Staff excellent. I do wish to thank the Bar staff (especially the lovely woman) who was so kind to our 3 year old Grandson when he gave her the ticket for his drink. She took time to talk to him & made him feel special. With Staff like you have, it’s no wonder we keep returning. Thank you all, wishing each and every one of you a wonderful Christmas and a very safe and happy New Year. Pauline & Andrew Carson

Our first experience eating at The Green was wonderful. First we were very late but we were assured there would be a table for us. We ordered the set menu for 4 and enjoyed every dish. The eggplant tart tatin was especially delicious.
