Our bakery and cafe serves La Colombe Coffee alongside an array of pastries and sandwiches crafted by Chef Leigh Omilinksy.Dinner reservations are available Tuesday - Sunday; we are closed for dinner service on Mondays. Our cafe operates from 7:00am - 3:00pm every day. Lunch is available from 11:00am - 2:00pm every day. We do not take lunch or cafe reservations, it is first come first served. Akahoshi Ramen is a humble ramen shop in the city of Chicago. Everything is made in the restaurant, including all soups, seasonings, toppings, and noodles. We are not an authentic ramen shop, though we value the history of ramen, and our ramen is influenced by its past and its future potential. The dish, popularized in Japan after World War 2, is symbolic of both struggle and perseverance. It is both a simple dish, and a fantastically complex one that we treat with reverence and respect. Roughly translating to “Red Star,” the name “Akahoshi” is a love letter to two cities; Sapporo, Hokkaido, where red stars adorn city monuments, and Chicago, Illinois, where the red star decorates the city flag. Our ramen is influenced by Japanese and American ideals in cooking. We hope you will join us to enjoy a bowl of ramen, made with the respect and passion it deserves.

Eden’s ever-evolving brunch, lunch, dinner and beverage menus focus on the use of high-quality and seasonal ingredients, with an approach based on simplifying the process that goes into crafting each dish. This focus produces robust, clean flavors to compliment the flowers and herbs from our on-site greenhouse that also add beauty to each dish. Daisies was phenomenal all around for us. The service, ambience, food were all on top notch. We had the rigatoni, stracci, the potted carrots, and the onion dip. It was honestly some of the best pastas we’ve ever had! The appetizers were also excellent. We will definitely be returning to try the rest of the menu.

Beautiful light coming in the large windows that face south. Was not too busy for Saturday brunch (maybe because it was Thanksgiving weekend), and the service was excellent. We both had the breakfast sandwich and added bacon and avocado. It was really delicious. Mine came with a kale salad that was surprisingly good and my daughter had the fruit which was very fresh. Also had the monkey bread which was a small portion - perfect since we were already stuffed.

Always an exceptional experience when it comes to food. The service tonight with Rande was next level. Rande made us feel very comfortable and was so knowledgeable. Can't wait to return!

This was our first visit. The service was superb in all aspects. The food is inventive and well prepared. Not all dishes were fully successful but all displayed creativity. The deserts wrere wonderful. The ambience was very comfortable and inviting. All staff. were friendly and welcoming. A word of caution. The City of Chicago in their infinite wisdom has installed bike lanes on Milwaukee Ave. and effectively reduced street parking by 50 percent. There is valet parking next door and save yourself aggravation by using it.
