Vater und Sohn kreieren als Team seit 20 Jahren einzigartige, italienische Gerichte in Las Vegas. Der Son Mimmo wuchs im Geschäft auf und ging nach seinem Abschluss an der C.C.A. nach Italien. Dort arbeitete er mit einigen berühmten Chefköchen in der Toskana zusammen. Er und sein Vater Gino haben ein Menü erstellt, dass auch den anspruchsvollsten Gaumen mit preisgekrönten Gerichten überzeugt: Osso Buco, Lammkoteletts, Prime Steaks, Kaninchen, Fisch aus dem Mittelmeer, Pasta und selbst gemachtes Brot. Auch Momma Ferraros Kartoffel-Gnocchi werden angeboten. Während Mimmo sich um die Küche kümmert, arbeitet Gino im Speiseraum und unterhält sich mit allen Gästen. Gern empfiehlt er Ihnen einen italienischen Wein aus seiner Weinkarte, die mit dem Titel „Wine Spectator Best of Award of Excellence“ und wegen der etwa 900 Weine mit dem Titel „Most Diversified Italian Collection in the U.S.“ ausgezeichnet wurde.
