Founded in 1996 the ideas for the Marblehead Chowder House were actually hatched a few years before. Sitting at "The Barnacle," overlooking Marblehead Harbor one raw winter day, while the spume from the rough saltwater painted the windows and the Sam Adams Lager flowed freely, a concept was born. Another fantastic dining experience at the king George inn the turkey club sandwich was fabulous and the piano player Alex otey is outstanding he played a mix of holiday tunes and regular jazz standards he’s the best So is king George inn the best food and friendly staff I enjoy eating at king George inn
