Pictograma is a winery committed to researching and celebrating the agricultural roots of the region through the cultivation and vinification of the Grenache grape, sourced from various valleys. The versatility of this grape has given rise to its different varieties: Grenache Blanc, Grenache Gris, Grenache Peluda, Grenache Alicante, and Grenache Noir.Inspired by the terroir and native flora, we have created a collection of wines that enhance the agricultural and oenological value of the valley. Bakuss is a gastronomic project under the concept of Oyster Bar within a deck that is characterized by being comfortable, full of all the elements to provide a pleasant stay whose main element is to generate a relaxed and fun atmosphere. All this accompanied by sparkling, white and rosé wines that pair perfectly with the menu of fresh oysters and the dishes that have been carefully selected by our Chef. It should be noted that the mixology menu is one of the main elements of Bakuss since you can find everything from the most avant-garde and original to perfectly well-prepared classic and traditional cocktails. Bakuss are located in the heart of Valle de Guadalupe, with a beautiful view of the vineyards that surround it, and as its main garden it counts as a Polo field for tournaments, concerts and social events.

Armando saved the day! We came in a bit late so the servers were in a rush and didn't have a lot of time to provide background info on the wines or winery. But as we were closing out Armando went above and beyond to share the history of the winery, wines as we well as the overall Valle de Guadalupe area. Much props to Armando, because of him we will likely return. We did enjoy the wine as well as the food but the personal touch really set it apart. Thanks!

Excellent experience, no wait time, excellent customer service. My boyfriend and I did the cacao tasting, the best chocolate ganache! Wine tasting was fun and explanatory. Of course the aesthetics and ambience is perfect for a photo shoot.
