Atlas Restaurant Group presents Monarque, a French brasserie located in Baltimore’s Harbor East. Monarque is inspired by the French era of prosperity when culture boomed and extravagance flourished. Excellent dining experience as always. Went here with a friend to catch up and since it was a week night it was not crowded or loud so it was perfect for dinner conversations. The staff were excellent and we were checked on several times by the management as well ! The bone marrow is a must try.

My experience at the Waterfront Hotel was decent. Service was good and attentive. Drinks were good. Food was decent, although I only had a salad and wings. There was a live band. Definitely dive bar vibes. I would go back if in the area.
