With a reservation, or if allowed admission from the Bartender upstairs, you can experience The Rest. It is a subterranean gem that looks like a bar that Hemingway would have built. Unique & delicious menu items. Our table ordered the trout, scallops, kale Caesar, Gen Tso cauliflower & eggplant, & burger. All phenomenal! Prices were in line with a fairly expensive restaurant, however, service & food were worth it. The only downfall was the inconsistency with cocktails. They were good, not great & very pricey. It’s definitely a hidden gem. Nice to be off Main St. Oh! Last but not least, kudos to our amazing waiter, Rosie! Outstanding!
