Osteria Amore came to life because we believe in the power of food to change your day, or in our case, change your life. Owner Eduardo Daja has been working in restaurants since he was a teenager growing up in Italy, and his time in culinary school only strengthened his passion for food. After culinary school, Ed stayed in Bologna to work at a family-owned restaurant. He moved to Utah eight years ago, and found himself missing his first love, food. For the past three years, Ed has been managing an Italian restaurant while also maintaining a career in tech and finally made the life-changing decision to open his own restaurant. That big decision was made possible for Ed when he met Marco Cuttaia, Osteria Amore’s executive chef and partner. When we come to Park City it is the first restaurant we visit, it is a must for us. The whole experience is wonderful! The food is another level, the service, the attention of the staff is unsurpassed, from the person who greets you at the door, to the girl who attends your table, very friendly and always with a smile.

We absolutely love this place! The owners are usually there, and are lovingly interacting with their guests. You can tell that their food is truly an art and their cause is a mission of love. It’s pretty amazing! And we always leave feeling so refreshed.

The only mistake they made was they messed up the spice level. We did medium but the food's spice level sounded like hot.
