Yemanyá mother of the water is the ally of Chef Rodrigo Estrada. From their first restaurant Agua y Sal they use products exclusively from Mexico, using sustainable fishing and supporting small local producers without losing the quality and freshness that characterizes us. As for the mixology you can find very well cared for cocktails that take you somewhere in the tropics. The decoration of the restaurant by Alfredo Cano takes us back somewhere in the tropics, using decorative elements that will remain in the memory of our customers. Rodrigo Estrada seeks to convey his childhood memories on the beach through gastronomy, passionate about cooking and by the sea gives us the purest flavors of the tropics.

Visiting CDMX on vacation. Enjoyed the Pork Belly sandwich and Shoyu soup restaurant. Our waiter Ernesto was excellent. He was able to explain the menu and help us decide on the starters, main course, and drinks.

La comida es sobre saliente felicitaciones al chef, pedimos casi todas las entradas y ninguna fue abajo de excelente 🙌🙌🤤🤤 los fuertes muy buenos y los cócteles 👌👌… creo que ir en domingo no es la mejor opción y que no hay nada de gente y creo que siempre es mejor llegar a un restaurante que está lleno te da más confianza, aún así la comida tiene un 100 de 100 🙌🙌 felicitaciones al chef de nuevo🙌🙌
