Creekwood Restaurant, located at 3121 Sacramento Street, officially opened its doors on Friday, November 16, 2018. The location spans 1,700 square feet, seats 50 inside and 20 people on the patio and will feature a California – Italian menu. The atmosphere is cozy, warmly lit, with wood paneled walls and custom lighting. We serve brunch on Saturday and Sundays as well! “We are thrilled to be a neighborhood restaurant serving our community. We have a great pizza oven and create custom Neapolitan style pizzas. Diners should come hungry and ready to enjoy freshly made pasta, meatballs, steak, lamb, seafood, salads and house made desserts all of which feature seasonal ingredients. We also have a wide selection of wine, beer and espresso drinks."

We shared the Family Dinner with the wine pairing last night and it was wonderful. What the Burdell kitchen puts together is always so delicious. This has got to be the best dining experience located in North Berkeley. I ordered the special dinner, which includes a choice of an appetizer, a main dish with basmati rice and a dessert. Great food and worth the value. I would definitely go back to Ajanta and try different things that I missed from ordering off of the menu.

I have been to Grand Lake Kitchen 3 times in the last month. Everything tastes amazing from the Mocha Espresso, Pastrami Benedict, the Salmon Benedict and cannot forget to mention the french toast. We were completely happy when we dined there. The last waiter was so good and attentive I gave him an extra tip. I highly recommend making a reservation because this place is packed!!

Booked a reservation expecting to do their New Years brunch buffet, but they were experiencing technical difficulties. Instead we ate off the regular menu and everything we ordered, from the fried branzino to the short rib cup noodles to the kids menu chicken and rice was delicious. The drinks were presented beautifully and tasted delicious. Loved the decor and loved the music. Highly recommend!
