Liberty Tavern is a 130-seat restaurant spread over two rooms, including a 20-seat bar. We’ve eaten here several times and decided to treat our friends to their first time. We all enjoyed the dishes we shared and the chef was happy to scale back the heat for one of us. Having said that, I do prefer the tofu with longhorn peppers to the milder classic tofu dish my friend ordered. I love the heat and the unique food offered at Yunnan Kitchen.
