T54 Restaurant & Bar offers modern, Italian cuisine in a welcoming and intimate atmosphere. Husband and wife owners, Massimo Schiavon & Antoinette Borromeo, provide an extension of their home to guests. A few of their signature dishes are Trofie Pesto Genovese, Rigatoni Bolognese and a Pasta on the Wheel. Other delights include a Tuscan Roasted Half Chicken, Grilled Whole Branzino, and a beautifully presented Pot of Mussels. Vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options are clearly marked on the menu. Kristen was out server, she was outstanding, we have been here several times and can honestly say that her and the bartender are your best servers. we’ve had plenty others, i don’t want to point them out but those are by far the best. The food was amazing, i had the pork chop and it was beyond my expectations, my husband had the salmon and that never fails. compliments to the chef for their consistency…

Absolutely one of the best meals we have ever had. We were recovering from a cancelled concert and came in demoralized. Josh and the team provided lots of kindness and good cheer. The drinks were robust and the duck wings and lamb ribs so tasty. Everything was served on savory sauces or dips. Try the garlic yogurt! Creations of a creative chef.
