Das Wagyu Rindfleisch ist für die intensive Marmorierung gezüchtet und ist für seine hohe Qualität und den Geschmack bekannt. Dieses Rindfleisch wird ausschließlich für das Broadmoor auf der Eagles Nest Ranch hier in Colorado gezüchtet. Die Herde ist zu 98% ein Vollblut-Erbe. Die Zucht und das Antibiotika- und Wachstumshormon-freie Futter garantieren, dass hier das beste Wagyu Rindfleisch in den Vereinigten Staaten verfügbar ist.
