This was a lovely experience from the pretty setting to the excellent wait staff and the delicious food. We were pleasantly surprised that it was relatively quiet, and we could enjoy our Christmas catch up with no difficulty hearing each other. I would thoroughly recommend this venue for a special occasion lunch.

delicious range of vegetarian and vegan options beautifully presented in a lovely tranquil garden setting. We loved the attention to detail and the range of seating options. We dined here for an early dinner starting with a dozen fresh oysters & a glass of Prosecco for golden hour. It was a lovely evening so we sat out side in the court yard & had our oysters, then got escorted to our table when our entrees were ready. It was a lovely way to start the evening. Then we shared the duck liver parfait, prawns & a tomato salad. For mains we couldn’t decide so we ended up sharing the pork belly & the barramundi which were both Devine! After all this food we had to share the basque cheese cake to top off a wonderful evening.

At the base of the Sherbrooke Forest just out of Belgrave is this little distillery is a gem. With private nooks, outdoor seating & tasting area, it has something for everyone. The cocktails are as fancy as the food and staff are lovely and attentive. As a local, I love to take my interstate & overseas guests here to showcase what great places we have here in the hills.
