The Bower Manly is a locally owned and operated business, with a passionate Northern Beaches based crew. We had always wanted to open a restaurant, but never imagined we’d find one in such a perfect location. Our key focus is providing good quality food using the freshest produce, and friendly staff to compliment the stunning yet relaxed setting of Cabbage Tree Bay. The menu changes on a regular basis, to reflect seasonal produce using both local and organic growers wherever possible - serving up coastal cool alfresco vibes. The Bower is a local's favourite, serving up some of the best coffee in Manly with arguably the best view of Shelly Beach. Two brothers from the beaches set out with a goal to bring their take on American Deli style food to Sydney. Their artisan flavours are completely unique whilst still incorporating the classic New Yorker Deli techniques and experience.By using only the best free range and barley fed beef from Tasmania the boys have been recognised for their 12 hour smoked pastrami (the magic is in their signature salt brine consisting of 18 spices and original TBD's pastrami rub) along with their one of a kind slow cooked corned beef brisket and cold smoked pastrami lox. Another great experience . Food excellent as usual. Bit miffed though at 2 miserable pieces of spinach. (1 per serve) on the eggs Benedict at a cost of $11:00 for both our breakfasts.
