Es wird vor Ort mindestens sechs Wochen abgehangen, damit es seinen außergewöhnlichen Geschmack entwickelt. Es gibt fünf verschieden geschnittene Steaks, darunter auch die New York Strip Lende, die auf dem Knochen altert und erst nach der Bestellung zugeschnitten wird. Heute ist es ein vielfältiger Veranstaltungsort, der für viele verschiedene Gelegenheiten genutzt werden kann. Angefangen bei einem Drink in lässiger Atmosphäre bei einem Familienessen bis hin zu Geburtstagspartys in einem der Veranstaltungsräume. Das Grosvenor Hotel ist stolz darauf, mit welchem Engagement es das Fleisch von in Victoria gezogenen Rindern einkauft, abhängt und zubereitet. Diese Gerichte werden im Bistro angeboten. Darüber hinaus gibt es die Drive-Thru-Burger-Bar (STKBB) und vom Grosvenor Grocery & Bottle Shop können Sie Ihre Mahlzeit mit nach Hause nehmen.

    This was a wonderful experience to share with friends!! Such excellent food, an interesting and well thought out menu and also really well communicated by the menu and staff. The service was also fantastic all round - We really appreciated the way we were welcomed and looked after - dietary requirements (COELIAC) included - and the staff seemed really knowledgeable and proud of the food too, which was fantastic!!

    We chose Waterfront to celebrate our 30th Wedding anniversary as we both love seafood. It proved to be a wonderful choice. We each had entrees and main courses and shared a desert. Every dish was promptly served, suitably proportioned and delicious. Had time for a romantic stroll on the beach after.
