We are a warm, friendly pub situated in West Parley, Ferndown, serving traditional pub food every day till 10 pm. We have a wonderful, friendly team who are always happy to help. Families always welcome up to 9 pm, and we have a children's menu which includes a free dessert! We have a great selection of local cask ales, from The Dorset Brewing Company, and Ringwood Brewery, and run a collector card alongside the real ales where after 7 pints your 8th is free! We take bookings for anything from an evening out for two, to larger groups for birthdays and other celebrations, so please feel free to either call or email to make a booking with us. Martin was most welcoming and for that alone we will be back. It was a busy service. Starters were excellent, my friend enjoyed her fishcake with a perfectly poached egg. My shepherd’s pie was good. The creamed spinach was very good. A well chilled bottle of Chenin Blanc complemented the meal. Thank you. Overall a wonderful dining experience which we highly recommend!!

This is my favourite place to catch up with friends & family. It's a perfect place to stop off. The food is amazing. The ambience & warm welcome is outstanding. The staff are lovely & most accommodating. If I were to recommend somewhere to eat & drink near Wimborne, it would be here. Love it.

Great food and numerous options. It was a Boking Day lunch, so a quiet period that did nothing to detract from the good quality of the dishes enjoyed.

The food was excellent and the service very good. There were plenty of people having food but we were served very quickly. The food was hot and delicious.
