Charcuterie boards and drinks were fantastic. Enzo the waiter was excellent and aware when we said we had a show to catch. Only complaint was table behind us who spent entire time on FaceTime call yelling at phone.

We had a really good experience food was fine everything was good obviously it's a little overpriced because it is in a resort and we were disappointed that the patio was closed today it was 73 so maybe they need to open that up sooner.

I’d been following Stubborn Seed for a while & when I saw they were opening in Vegas it made my mind up to go Vegas. I had the elevated tasting menu with matching wines & every course was a hit, there wasn’t one thing I’d change, even the Sea urchin which I’m normally not a fan of was licked clean. The spacing/ timings between courses were spot on, no long waits & didn’t feel rushed. Service was brilliant, attentive but not invasive, I’m sorry I’ve forgotten the name of the lady who looked after me (sorry) but she was very knowledgeable, all the staff were. The price wasn’t over the top, go find a tasting menu of that quality cheaper, you simply will not. I can’t keep coming vegas or Miami so feel free to open one across the pond in London, stay stubborn.

Fantastic! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the staff are incredibly attentive, and the food is absolutely delicious. Every dish is packed with flavor and beautifully presented. Highly recommend for a wonderful dining experience especially on date nights!
