We also offer cocktails courtesy of Jeffrey Morgenthaler and Benjamin "Banjo" Amberg.Our Italian and French-influenced menu changes monthly and highlights dishes Don grew up with as well as those he mastered though his experiences working at Michelin-starred restaurants all over the country.From Don: At Don’s, you may find gnocchi like my Ma used to make or Italian sausage modeled after my Godfather’s, Oreste “Ernie” Capone. You might also find scallops still in their shells, Oregon pork in the style of Braciole, and popovers I learned to make from my mother-in-law, Terry, because the Laurents family makes those every Christmas morning... beef tartare, sea urchin, caviar, etc too. We arrived and had to wait 30 minutes for our table outside….i understand that this is a small restaurant with no waiting area BUT I suggest the restaurant should have contacted us to let us know that they were running that late. It was not pleasant to wait outside in 45 degree weather. We had to suggest that they text us when ready since it was too cold to keep waiting outside. I know things happen that cause delays BUT the next customer should not pay the price. Make a plan to deal with delays so the restaurant is professional. That being said I would return but make a reservation for the earlier seating.

Staff was extremely attentive and accommodating to my nut allergies. All of our food and wine from starters to entrees was absolutely amazing. Atmosphere was tremendous too.

We had a nice dinner on veterans day. Since being a veteran my meal was complimentary. Only thing that could have made it an even greater experience was to have had happy hour.
