Ensō Omakase is a collaboration from Chef Robert Ruiz and Chef Drew Deckman. We offer two seatings each day, one at 1:45pm, and one at 5:45pm, limited to 8 guests. We have created an intimate, sustainable Omakase experience, focusing specifically on the ingredients available seasonally here in Valle de Guadalupe. Our produce is grown here in the valley on our family farms, truly farm to table. Our exclusive wines are from Baja California, from Cavas del Mogor, and neighboring vineyards. We work with local purveyors and fisherman to ensure that our seafood is sustainable. That our offerings from the sea are treated with our continued philosophy of using the correct capture methods, the correct species, at the right time of year.
