The dinner was lovely as was our server but they could not figure out how to use the dining rewards card … I had made the reservation and followed all the requirements but the restaurant dropped the ball on their end . The server tried but management did not even attempt to get involved . That was disappointing! The small restaurant thrives in the open table business I am sure — this should not have been difficult.

We went to Kosmos on a recommendation and so glad we did. The space is beautiful and elegant, food was amazing and service superb. We had the trio of drips, Greek fries and grilled octopus. All came out fast, hot and wonderful. We finished with the lemon dessert that was one of the best desserts I’ve ever had. Tony at the bar was attentive as we had cocktails, beer and wine. Overall a really great experience and cannot wait to return.

Was my first time here & everything from the second we walked in the door was outstanding! Hostess very friendly and accommodating, had a drink at the bar first and decided to stay at bar for dinner, both bartenders that helped us were great! Food and drinks were also excellent - not one negative thing to say all around! It was a busy Valentine's and everything seemed to run smoothly (and if it wasn't no one let it show) I did feel bad as we were getting ready to leave the fire alarms went off and seemed to panic some guests - hopefully it was resolved quickly. Cant wait to come back!

The food act One Bistro is always very good. The service is always fine. It's the ambiance that brings us back. We can talk to each other across the table without needing to shout or give up entirely. It's ago place to have a quiet meal, even on a busy night.

We arrived on time and were greeted with a big smile from the hostess, Linda. Our table was waiting and Theresa, our waitress, came over and brought water and took our drink order. We had some delicious Pinot Grigio (Fini) and started with clams casino, which were cooked perfectly. We then had salads which were crisp and fresh. We both got chicken picatta served piping hot. For dessert we had the crème brûlée. The restaurant had a nice crowd and the dinner was a perfect 10. My friend and I were catching up and never felt rushed. Theresa knew exactly when to check on us and always made sure we had what we needed. Basil has always been a favorite of ours and as we walked out we made plans for our next visit. People say this is a hidden gem in Medfield and they’re not wrong. Outstanding experience!
