Vatutto is a family run restaurant, Owners Paul and Myrto Recinella moved from their 16 year Institution at Zios East Melbourne to the Ivanhoe location in 2015. A full renovation was completed recently creating a modern yetelegant atmosphere. Lots of different meat varieties to bbq but all meat was chewy and tough. All these years Desert station is never replenished from 20:45 onwards and item always run out before I get to it. I always miss out on egg tarts. However, there are lots of varieties of delicious food to choose from. The mushroom sauce ran out at the beginning and was never refilled for my steaks. Overall, great place for special occasions and events to suit a wide variety of tastebuds. Adding pizzas and pasta would also be ideal even though it’s an Asian buffet.

My request for a preferred table was accommodated. My change in dining time due to unforeseen circumstances was also accommodated. Love the overall Italian experience. And in house made produce and bread outstanding. A true taste of Italy.
