Within two years, Dominic began winning national awards and has continued to do so for the last 40 years. An absolutely perfect evening at Charlie Gitto’s!! We were immediately greeted with fresh bread and water and overall, the service was attentive and fabulous. Our server Talitha (I cannot for the life of me remember her name exactly 😂) was phenomenal. She was very knowledgeable and gave plenty of insight on different dishes. For an appetizer, we tried the toasted ravioli which was truly heavenly. For our entrees, I ordered the lobster spaghetti special which was incredible and my partner ordered the seafood pasta. Overall, the experience was amazing and we will be returning.

We had a wonderful experience dining in the winter chalet! The food and service was excellent, as it always is at Edera, and dining in the chalet made it extra special.

The food was absolutely AMAZING! I started with grilled oysters that was so good I almost ate the shell! For dinner I got the Pollo Marsala with Brussels sprouts and fingerling potatoes...all very tasty! The check was literally falling off the bone! I also tried their espresso martini flight which is probably the best deal you can get! The amount of drink in the cocktail for flights was extremely satisfying. I loved that they all were unique but still very much an espresso martini. Unfortunately the dessert menu was underwhelming so I opted out. But that didn't even factor into my overall experience! I will be back!!!
