Als Tony und Kathy Pietoso das originale Cafe Napoli 1989 eröffneten, wurde es schnell zu einem Erfolg. Sogar so erfolgreich, dass es in ein größeres Gebäude an der Adresse 7754 Forsyth Blvd. umzog. Im Jahr 2003 erweiterten die Söhne Ande und Kye das Familienrestaurant um die Bar Napoli, eine mondäne Cocktail-Lounge. Einige Jahre später kam das Napoli Reserve zur Bar Napoli hinzu, so dass private Veranstaltungsräume und eine zusätzliche Bar samt Lounge für die Wochenenden zur Verfügung standen. Als ich meine Türen im Juli 2009 eröffnete, habe ich mir zum Ziel gesetzt, die frischesten italienischen Gerichte aus lokalen und saisonalen Zutaten zu servieren. Ich habe früh gelernt, dass das Herz der italienischen Küche der Geschmack, sapore, ist. Meine Schule war die Beste; meine Nonna (Oma) Elena und Mutter Lia. Ihre Philosophie wird in meinem Kochstil weitergeführt: benutze einfache Zutaten, und das Gericht wird für sich selbst sprechen. Klassische italienische Gerichte zieren die Speisekarte, aber sind durch meine persönliche Note einzigartig. Qualität und Konsistenz finden Sie in allen Gerichten. Ich würde nie etwas anderes servieren. Ob Sie nun einen unvergesslichen Abend oder nur ein Glas Wein mit Freunden verleben möchten, ich bin froh, dass Sie sich für das Sapore entschieden haben. Girls night, we had a great night. Very nice atmosphere. Drinks excellent. We just shared a cheese platter was good. Server was excellent and did not feel rushed. We sat and chatted for a long while. I would definitely go back and highly recommend.

Had a fantastic time here. Husband and I celebrated our 15th anniversary. Got the star treatment. Got the chef’s tasting menu and loved everything they brought out. Big props to Ethan and John for the great care. Will definitely recommend this place and will be back again.

I have gone many times. The restaurant never disappoints. Servers are terrific. They are the perfect mix of friendly, professional, and helpful. The food taste really good always seems freshly prepared. The heat throughout the food seems very consistent so I doubt they use a microwave or other to reheat food—if I am wrong they are best reheaters there ever were! Atmosphere is just right. Enjoyable casual and prices in today’s world are pretty darn good! Highly recommend
