Had a lovely experience at Posana. Our waitstaff was very friendly and accommodating and especially nice to us on a big event evening. The food. So good. We shared an assortment of small plates including the pear burratta (get the burrata), roasted veggies, grain salad, and cheese biscuits. AND the tahini tiramasu to end on. So delicious. This place always delivers consistent good southern food with a local twist. Highly recommend trying the fried pickles. Waitstaff are attentive. If you do want to come for brunch come early, just makes for a better experience. It does tend to get crowded as the day goes on.

The ambience was so much fun, especially sitting in one of the booths that are like a stable. The staff was very helpful and attentive, and the food was delicious. 

I recently visited Elevations Chophouse, and it was a delightful experience. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with beautiful decor that perfectly complements the scenic surroundings. The menu offered a great selection of dishes, and every bite was a testament to the chef's skill. The steak was cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful, while the sides were equally impressive. The service was impeccable – the staff was attentive and friendly, ensuring a memorable dining experience. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional meal.

Went to P.F. Chang’s while in Asheville Friday night. The food was great, cocktails were very good, and our server Hurley was excellent. He helped me decide which chicken entree to order, and gave insight to the rewards program which I had signed up for a few days earlier. Would definitely recommend going here when in the Asheville area.
