Don't forget to try our hand crafted cocktails, carefully selected wine, or cold sake by the carafe or bottle.We feature a Happy Hour Tuesday-Thursday from 3-5 pm. Friday and Saturday Dinner service starts at 5, but feel free to join us for a drink starting at 3pm. For parties of 6 or more, please call the restaurant during business hours and we would be happy to assist you.Please be aware that we allow parties of 4 or less an hour and a half time-slot on reservations. James Beard Award-winning Chef Andrew Black makes his way back to Skirvin Hotel to open his newest restaurant concept, Perle Mesta. The restaurant will be his first concept to open since winning a James Beard award as 2023’s Best Chef Southwest and will be located on the first floor of the historic Skirvin Hotel (One Park Avenue, Oklahoma City). Perle Mesta will offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner service and the cuisine will reflect Chef Black’s continued exploration of what he calls “possibility cuisine,” a concept he attributes to his style of cooking that explores and embraces the endless possibilities of ingredients, flavors, techniques, and cultural influences. In this context, possibility cuisine involves chefs pushing the boundaries of traditional cooking and experimenting with unconventional ingredients, fusion cuisine, molecular gastronomy, or avant-garde techniques. It may involve a sense of creativity, innovation, and openness to exploring new culinary horizons.

An Ambassador will call 1 to 2 weeks prior with questions to tailor the dinner. If you requested Chef’s counter seating, we will do our best to accommodate but have limited seating. Blind tasting menu: 7 course $137 each or 10 course $187 each. Wine Pairings - Silver: $100, Gold: $150, Platinum: $300. This is a unique dining experience; menus highlight unforgettable flavors from all over the world. The wine tier you choose will not change the quantity, but rather the quality, platinum being the highest, top shelf option. Other beverage options: wine by the glass or bottle, craft cocktails, non-alcohol choices. (All prices are per person and do not include tax or gratuity.) Dining time: 7 course is 2.5 to 3 hours, 10 is 3.5 to 4. Groups over 6, add 60 min to expected dining time. Reservations require credit cards.     Fabulous! A lovely dining experience. Of course a high price tag-but worth every penny. We sat at the counter (do it!) and were able to watch the staff delicately prepare the amazing meal. Each course was so delicious, with many layers of flavor… combinations you wouldn’t think of that together created many memorable dishes. And for someone who isn’t wild about dessert, those courses were some of my favorites. In addition, the staff was attentive and kind, unobtrusive but personable. It was a seamless team effort well worth the money for an unforgettable dining experience.

    SUPERB! Excellent presentations. The Taster F5 Kobe beef, bay scallops, the Radicchio Ceaser Salad and an Entree of Citrus Fennel dusted scallops were savory, aromatic, delightfully sensual. Absolute attention to detail. Looking forward to exploring Perle Mesta again soon!
