FOUR is a luxe & intimate restaurant located in Oyster Bay, New York offering inventive, multi-course tasting menus. The newest addition to the Restaurant Collection at SIMON Roosevelt Field mall, Nomiya — which translates to ‘saloon’ — stands as the area’s first izakaya. Inspired by the Japanese philosophy of minimalism, the interior of Nomiya is split between a hickory-accented bar and windowed dining room framed by black granite walls. Guests can pair their meal with one of the eleven premium bottles of sake listed on the menu, such as the unfiltered, cream-colored Yuki Tora Snow Tiger nigori or bright, effervescent Uka Junmai Daiginjo; or opt for a refreshing cocktail made with soju – the national drink of Korea which is commonly distilled from potato. Also available are housemade sodas flavored with either lychee, yuzu, or mandarin, and imported wine and beer selections.

    Our favorite restaurant! We always choose the Brazilian Rodizio. Waiters come around with meat -mostly different types of steak- on skewers. Theycut a slice for youat your place. Service is excellent. Our waiter Antonio was amazing. The food is delicious and the waiters continually come to the table. Our party of 8 loved it here.This was our third time and we love it here

    Always an incredible experience when we go there with our midshipmen from the US Merchant Marine Academy. They make us feel at home and always thank our midshipmen for their service. This is so important to us because none of us live in the local area. This past weekend we went to celebrate one of our midshipmen's birthdays and the owner graciously provided our large party free desserts to share. Our meals and drinks are always superb. So grateful to have found this place, it's like a second home for us when we visit. We will be going there for many years to come.
