Gin & Cocktail Bar The original 1840s sandstone walls of the building Frank Mac’s now occupies a 120-person capacity bar which flows from outdoor seating on George Street, across two levels and into a back courtyard. Whereas the downstairs space feels cosy and intimate, dotted with vintage leather banquettes, dark jade and light orange velvet armchairs, low tables and a fireplace, the ground level you’ll walk into off George Street will reflect the energy of the bartenders working behind the almost five-metre-long oak bar. Amazing experience, we had the tomahawk and it was seriously impressive. Best steak EVER and the broccolini and halloumi salad like a taste sensation! So good!! It was busy but we felt like we were the only ones there, the service was excellent, even my 11 year old was treated like a VIP. Was just a fantastic experience all round. We will be back 😁

Had lunch @ Pyrmont restaurant for a friends birthday. We did the special lunch menu and it was delicious and really good value.

Loved our Happy Hour visit to the Doss House. Our server Lulu recommended a custom whiskey flight and mixed drinks which were delicious. The bartenders are creative & knowledgeable. Try to reserve a table because the ambiance of the Doss House is best experienced inside. We just enjoyed drinks here and it was a wonderful kickoff to our evening. It is a bit pricey but worth it for the experience.

Booked online, at first I was confused with the time slot that was available. On arrival the restaurant wasn’t overly busy. However the food & service soon made up for the time slot.
