At Bivio our passion is authentic Neapolitan pizza. Napoli... our love of the city, its cuisine, and in particular, its pizza is where our story began. We heard time and time again “It’s all about the dough.” True to Neapolitan tradition, and the passion of the pizzaioli, we construct our pizza using “00” flour from Naples, San Marzano DOP tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, fresh basil, fior di latte or bufala mozzarella, and sea salt. The food was delicious and we were so full by the end of the experience. Some of the wait staff were a bit dry, but we were there at the end of the night, so I will give them the benefit of the doubt. I don’t usually enjoy fish, but I was pleasantly surprised by the sashimi course. All of the meat was so tender and melted in your mouth. The dining room was very relaxed and there are very few tables inside. Overall, the cost of the tasting menu is definitely worth it! I would recommend this restaurant experience to small parties with adventurous pallets.

I had an exceptional dining experience at this sushi omakase restaurant. The attention to detail, both in the presentation and the flavors, was truly remarkable. Each piece of sushi was prepared with the utmost care, showcasing the chef’s incredible skill and dedication to the craft. The ingredients were incredibly fresh, and the pairing of flavors was both innovative and harmonious. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and made the evening even more enjoyable.
